Drive operational excellence at Raytheon ELCAN in Midland, Ontario by leading Continuous Improvement initiatives. This role emphasizes Lean methodologies and collaboration for enhanced efficiency.

Raytheon ELCAN is seeking two experienced Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Leads. Reporting to the Operations Managers, you will spearhead process improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies will be essential in optimizing performance and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive LEAN methodologies to optimize facility performance

• Partner with leaders to identify and implement process improvements

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement

• Utilize CORE tools like Value Stream Mapping and 5S

• Monitor effectiveness of LEAN initiatives and update leadership

Requirements:

• Degree in Manufacturing, Operations, or related field

• 3+ years in operations or process improvement

• Strong Lean and Six Sigma knowledge

• Proven track record in leading improvement projects

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
