IKO Industries Production Line Operator

Take on the role of Production Line Operator at IKO Industries, focusing on high-quality manufacturing processes. This opportunity involves operational duties and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your role includes running the production line efficiently while handling machinery. You will be responsible for inspecting products and adhering to all safety policies. This position requires flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts and an eye for detail to ensure quality at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery in line with safety standards

• Conduct quality checks on products regularly

• Compile production documentation and metrics

• Address and resolve equipment jams promptly

• Maintain workspace cleanliness and orderliness

Requirements:

• High Secondary School diploma is necessary

• Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing

• Previous forklift operation experience preferred

• Manual dexterity and attention to detail required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
