In this full-time, permanent role, you will coordinate all production scheduling activities, ensuring optimal resource usage and on-time delivery. Your responsibilities will include supervising production planners, analysts, and coordinators while aligning priorities with operations teams. Your leadership will directly influence production capacity and material readiness to meet dynamic business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily and long-term production planning activities

• Adjust production priorities based on customer demand

• Oversee work orders, scheduling, and assignments

• Ensure accuracy of production plans concerning capacity

• Review planner outputs for completeness and alignment

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience required

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

• Supply Chain or Operations Management experience is an asset

• Strong analytical and planning skills
