Position Overview

As a Production Assembler, you will work with aluminum and steel to fabricate and assemble high-quality dampers for the commercial HVAC industry. Every workstation plays a vital role in our production ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
  • Precision Assembly
    :
    Follow detailed technical work orders to assemble products to exact customer specifications, ensuring a high level of accuracy from start to finish.
  • Tool & Machinery Operation
    :
    Safely and skillfully utilize measuring tapes, drills, various hand tools, and specialized production machinery.
  • Target Achievement
    :
    Work efficiently to consistently meet or exceed daily production schedules and volume targets.
  • Physical Commitment
    :
    Thrive in a physically active, fast-paced warehouse environment that requires standing, bending, and the ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Safety Leadership
    :
    Prioritize workplace safety above all else, operating all equipment responsibly and adhering to company safety guidelines at all times.
  • Reliability
    :
    Maintain excellent attendance and everyday punctuality to support your team on the production floor.
