Truss Assembler (Experienced) – Full Time

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Truss Assemblers to joinour growing team. This is a hands‑on role assembling pre-cut lumber componentsinto roof trusses in a fast‑paced production environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction‑related experience , especially those with backgrounds in:
Trussbuilding or manufacturing
Residentialframing
Deckbuilding
Carpentryor general construction
Key Responsibilities
Assembleroof trusses using pre‑cut wood components according to blueprints and production specifications
Position and secure components on assembly tables using jigs, plates, staplers, andpresses
Uselaser‑guided systems (Virtek/Wizard) and measuring tools to ensure accuracy
Perform quality checks to confirm dimensions, alignment, and material quality
Maintaina safe, clean, and organized work environment
Followall health & safety procedures and wear required PPE
Assist with inventory, housekeeping, and general production duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Previous hands‑on experience in construction, carpentry, framing, or trussassembly
Abilityto read measurements and interpret drawings or setup sheets
Strong math and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliablewith a strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Preferred:
Experience with pneumatic tools, saws, or production equipment
Manufacturingor assembly line experience
Working Conditions
Dayshift (Monday to Friday)
Physically demanding role involving:
Liftingup to 40 lbs
Standing,bending, gripping, and repetitive motions
