Join Tempo Flexible Packaging as a Printing Press Assistant, where your attention to detail will enhance our custom packaging solutions. This position focuses on quality assurance and operational efficiency.

You will assist in all phases of press operation and ensure strict quality control measures are followed. Responsibilities include setting up inks, maintaining equipment, and keeping work areas clean. Your collaboration with the team on 12-hour rotating shifts will help meet production goals efficiently and uphold Tempo's dedication to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review schedules and prepare necessary materials

• Check film quality and verify printing colors

• Clean printing equipment and perform maintenance

• Maintain accurate ink and solvent inventory

• Complete the daily Press Assistant Checklist

Requirements:

• Preferred Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Basic mechanical and mathematical knowledge

• Flexographic printing experience is advantageous

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Reliable means of commuting to work
