Position: Machine Operator I – Bradford Location

Join MiTek as a Machine Operator I in Bradford, Ontario. Contribute to the manufacturing process by running stamping presses and ensuring quality standards are met.

In this position, you will work four days a week from 6AM to 4:30PM, with additional hours on Fridays when necessary. You will manually operate high-speed stamping presses and oversee packaging processes while maintaining safety compliance.

Your role will influence the production of metal connector plates and steel components to meet set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stamping press and auxiliary equipment safely

• Achieve or exceed daily production metrics

• Report malfunctions to the supervisory team

• Pack metal products accurately into containers

• Perform cleaning duties for safety and quality

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

• Strong basic math skills required

• Capable of lifting 70 lbs safely

• Follow all safety procedures committedly

• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
