Become a key player at Raytheon ELCAN as a Manufacturing Associate. This hands-on role offers opportunities to learn optical assembly techniques while supporting our dynamic Operations team.

Raytheon ELCAN is hiring 50 motivated individuals for our Assembly and Production Departments. In this position, you will gain valuable experience handling optics, reading blueprints, and using precision measuring equipment. Engage directly with product assembly while following supervised workflow instructions, ensuring quality and safety protocols are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to handle optics and read blueprints

• Assemble products per provided specifications

• Utilize calibrated equipment in the manufacturing process

• Identify imperfections in parts and assemblies

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer literacy and technology confidence

• Ability to understand technical issues

• Comfortable using the metric system
