Step into an essential role at Napoleon as a Material Handler responsible for managing materials and ensuring seamless operations in our manufacturing area. This hands-on position is perfect for individuals who enjoy dynamic work environments.

Reporting to the Team Leader in Manufacturing, you'll handle material logistics, utilizing your skills to operate forklifts while ensuring product availability and compliance with safety regulations. Your duty extends to inventory management, warehousing, and operating RFQ and ERP systems, reinforcing our commitment to quality design and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials for efficient production processes

• Manage and organize product storage using RFQ tools

• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels

• Follow health and safety guidelines and ISO standards

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or GED

• 2-3 years of relevant warehouse experience

• 1-2 years of driving forklifts in a manufacturing setting

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Multi-tasking ability in fast-paced scenarios
