Position: Manufacturing Toolroom Technician Role

The Manufacturing Toolroom Technician is responsible for a variety of technical tasks, including servicing and maintaining injection molds, setting up equipment, and running operational tests. With a focus on machining and hydraulics, you will utilize advanced tools and instruments to complete your tasks efficiently. Adaptability to changing environments is key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise adjustments and maintenance on injection molds

• Operate machinery and perform welding tasks

• Conduct water pressure tests on molds

• Utilize calipers and gauges for accurate measurements

• Troubleshoot and design complex fixtures

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of machining and electrical systems

• Previous experience with CNC programming is a plus

• Certification in Tool and Die or Machinist is an asset

• Effective problem-solving and leadership qualities

• Openness to shift work and on-call responsibilities
