In this permanent position, you will coordinate operations, maintain quality, and ensure safety during your shifts from Friday to Sunday. As a key team leader, you will monitor equipment performance, handle troubleshooting, and train team members on best practices for production and cleanliness. Supporting compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices is crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the Viaflex Filling department's operations
• Monitor equipment performance and perform required adjustments
• Escalate issues related to safety and production
• Ensure compliance with all SOPs, GMPs, and safety rules
• Train operators on the Filling process
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting skills
• Experience using Lean tools and people coaching
• Proven leadership and communication abilities
Excel in this role with Viaflex, contributing to production quality and team effectiveness in Alliston.
