Materials Planning Manager at RTX

As the Materials Planning Manager, you will report to the Associate Director of Operations and lead the Production Planning and Stores teams. You will drive strategic planning through SIOP processes, mentor manufacturing teams, and ensure comprehensive material requirements planning. With over 8 years of experience, this position requires robust leadership and a solid understanding of ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee SIOP processes to align forecasts and production

• Mentor teams to monitor production performance

• Ensure data integrity within the MRP system

• Establish key performance indicators for compliance

• Collaborate with Procurement to resolve material shortages

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Supply Chain

• 8+ years in production planning, 3+ in leadership

• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

• Eligibility for security clearance
