Position: Technician for Operations and Maintenance Team

Join Aurora's Operations and Maintenance team as a technician on the afternoon shift in Bradford, Ontario. This role is ideal for those enthusiastic about cannabis and committed to maintaining operational excellence.

As a full-time permanent technician, you’ll play a crucial role in the upkeep of the Natural Gas Generation Station, performing preventative maintenance and operational monitoring. Collaborate with teams to generate essential reports and logs while addressing mechanical or electrical issues promptly, ensuring a smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance tasks

• Troubleshoot and respond to alarms from the plant

• Maintain operation logs and updates in CMMS(DIMO)

• Operate BAS control systems effectively

• Provide shift relief when necessary and assist during emergencies

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Dependable and punctual with a flexible schedule

• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in teams

• Commitment to product quality and operational safety

• Basic proficiency in English, verbal and written
