Cultivate your technical skills as a Production Associate at Toromont Remanufacturing. This permanent, full-time position focuses on remanufacturing Caterpillar machine components with a commitment to safety.
Join our team to engage in the remanufacturing process of diverse engine components, adhering to Caterpillar's strict quality guidelines. Production Associates will be supported through ongoing learning and dedication to workplace safety practices while ensuring top-notch product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Remanufacture a variety of components to Caterpillar standards
• Conduct inspections and quality checks of parts
• Prepare documentation accurately and timely
• Schedule work effectively to meet deadlines
• Ensure customer needs are met with professionalism
Requirements:
• Up to 3 years of applicable shop experience
• Completion of an accredited Trade School is beneficial
• Experience in the heavy equipment or automotive industry is a plus
• Strong adherence to safety and quality standards
• Excellent attention to detail in all tasks
