Join Raytheon ELCAN as a Production Planner in Midland, Ontario. This role focuses on coordinating manufacturing activities and developing effective production schedules to meet customer needs.

As a key member of the Production Control Team, you'll create and manage production schedules and work orders within ERP systems such as Infor LN. Collaboration with Supply Chain, procurement, engineering, and quality teams is vital for addressing scheduling conflicts and ensuring material availability. You'll also oversee production progress and adapt schedules as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain timely production schedules for fulfilling orders

• Manage work orders using ERP systems like Infor LN

• Collaborate with Supply Chain for material support

• Resolve conflicts in scheduling and capacity

• Develop reporting tools to track production progress

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in production planning or supply chain operations

• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with demand and capacity analysis

• Understanding of safety and compliance regulations preferred
