Under the guidance of the Needle Loom Team Leader, you will perform essential tasks like setting up looms, ensuring product quality, and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities also involve transporting raw materials and providing mechanical support where necessary. The position operates on a 4-week rotational schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use forklifts to manage material movements
• Set up and operate needle line machinery efficiently
• Observe processes and check for quality assurance
• Document production and quality accurately
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed
Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma from Ontario or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing setting (0-3 months)
• Strong ability to resolve conflicts and issues
• Team-oriented mindset with independent capabilities
• Awareness of health and safety measures
