Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop a team of 16 skilled tradespeople

• Oversee mould commissioning and shop maintenance

• Coordinate workload across numerous production moulds

• Provide problem-solving and technical support

• Advocate for safety culture and operational discipline

Requirements:

• Licensed Mould Maker (431A) or Tool & Die Maker (430A)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant environment

• 2+ years leading teams

• Strong technical knowledge in machining and tooling

• Dedicated to maintaining safety and quality standards
