Key Responsibilities:

• Examine fabric and verify compliance with quality standards

• Set up and operate cutting knives for production

• Mark defects and maintain production records

• Weigh and measure finished rolls accurately

• Participate in preliminary packaging tasks

Requirements:

• Must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Knowledge of ERP systems is beneficial

• Strong organizational and recording skills

• Ability to maintain a positive team dynamic
