RTX is hiring a Weekend Surface Treatment Associate dedicated to quality in production processes like painting and plating. Commitment to health and safety standards is essential.
In this role, you will work three 12-hour shifts each week. Responsibilities include adhering to specifications, utilizing measurement tools, and participating in a collaborative work culture. Ideal candidates possess technical reading skills and a strong motivation to deliver quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with health and safety protocols
• Perform painting tasks per design specifications
• Conduct plating and abrasive blasting processes
• Measure components accurately for quality control
• Keep the workspace organized and clean
Requirements:
• Completed Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical ability to read and interpret drawings
• Familiarity with measuring tools and quality systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle physical lifting as required
Contribute to innovative surface treatment operations at RTX, ensuring excellence in production.
