Join Autoliv as a Process Engineer to lead initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes. Focus on training associates and driving performance improvements through lean methodologies.
In this role, reporting to the Plant Manager, you will implement lean manufacturing initiatives, develop KPIs, and train staff on continuous improvement practices to enhance operational outcomes. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing process enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Facilitate training on process performance and improvements
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality and productivity issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in a manufacturing setting
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and training capabilities
