As a Production Supervisor on the afternoon shift, your responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering a continuous improvement culture. You will work collaboratively with the Day Shift Supervisor to achieve production targets and deliver results while training team members. A thorough understanding of manufacturing processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage department daily production tasks

• Ensure safety protocols are maintained on the floor

• Oversee the accuracy of production material handling

• Conduct safety walks and perform audits regularly

• Facilitate on-the-job training to enhance team capabilities

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing

• Familiarity with MRP software and Microsoft Office

• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills

• Physical ability to lift, walk, and stand as required
