This crucial role reports to the Senior Manufacturing Manager and requires strong leadership in a hands-on manufacturing environment. You will oversee 100+ employees on shifts, managing production processes across diverse manufacturing areas. Key skills include LEAN or KAIZEN methodologies, along with a focus on product quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations across various manufacturing sectors

• Hire, train, and coach associates in collaboration with Team Leaders

• Manage shift schedules, including workstation assignments and breaks

• Ensure on-time delivery while meeting quality standards

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following 5S principles

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required;
College degree preferred

• 2-5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience

• Knowledge of home and hearth product manufacturing

• Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing processes

• Strong business writing skills for effective communication
