As a Tool and Die Maker in Magna's Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting group, your key responsibility will be ensuring that tools and dies meet quality standards for production schedules. You'll take on varied tasks including fabrication, troubleshooting, and providing guidance to apprentices in an engaging setting that offers diverse responsibilities and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain progressive and fine blank dies to production standards

• Fabricate dies and fixtures within set time frames

• Troubleshoot and repair dies and fixtures as needed

• Report issues impacting work schedules immediately

• Ensure safety and cleanliness per health standards

Requirements:

• Experience in tool and die making required

• Ability to work flexible hours: afternoons from 2pm to 10pm

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards

• Willingness to mentor apprentices and support team
