Position: Assembly Program Manager at Flex-N-Gate

As an Assembly Program Manager, you will coordinate product design and tooling implementation at Flex-N-Gate, a respected automotive manufacturer. Your expertise in engineering processes and assembly tooling will be critical in launching new programs efficiently. This role requires strong leadership in managing vendor relationships and adherence to schedules to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct planning and implementation of product designs

• Review and approve assembly tooling vendors’ proposals

• Monitor vendor progress for schedule compliance

• Prepare purchase specifications and cost estimates

• Conduct root cause and failure analysis as necessary

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Technology

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of Machine Controls and Process Flow

• Familiarity with CAD and engineering documentation

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
