Daiken North America Ltd is seeking dependable, hard-working Production Associates for our Huntsville, ON facility.

In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production schedule is met on time, while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.

Daiken seeks reliable, punctual, and team-oriented individuals with the ability to perform physical tasks and work in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on the production floor with consistent speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
  • Follow all procedures, work instructions for all product types.
  • Must be able to identify materials, determine and verify quantities.
  • Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
  • Report any machinery issues to management.
  • Work cooperatively with the production team to meet goals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
  • Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends.
  • Must be available for overtime.
  • Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.
  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines.
  • Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
