Weldco-Beales Manufacturing Plate Fabricator

Become a Plate Fabricator/Fitter with Weldco-Beales Manufacturing on the afternoon shift in Barrie, ON. Engage in hands-on work with heavy steel while promoting workplace safety.

In this role, you will report to the General Foreman and will be integral in fabricating heavy equipment attachments. Tasks will include reading blueprints, fabricating components, and assembling metal sections to create sub-units. We emphasize the importance of quality and safety in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy plate steel for fabrication

• Read and understand blueprints for accuracy

• Assemble and prepare metal components

• Maintain safe, clean work conditions

• Perform various duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of related industry experience

• Strong knowledge of steel machining tools

• CWB certification a plus

• Overhead crane and rigging experience is an asset

• Forklift certification is beneficial
