We are seeking an experienced Precision Machinist to join our Prototype Toolroom team at Raytheon ELCAN. The ideal candidate has strong manual machining skills and excels in problem-solving under tight tolerances. This role involves working closely with engineering and product development to create and modify precision tooling and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture precision parts from drawings and CAD models

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines effectively

• Interpret blueprints with a high level of accuracy

• Assemble and troubleshoot prototype tooling and components

• Maintain equipment and a safe work environment

Requirements:

• Red Seal certification or equivalent machining experience

• Minimum 5 years in a prototype or machine shop

• Strong proficiency in manual and CNC machining

• Knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement techniques

• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus
