Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead team activities and collaborate to achieve production goals. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes are essential for ensuring compliance and promoting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production tasks and team performance

• Work with day shift supervisor for seamless operations

• Ensure timely issuance and receipt of production materials

• Conduct safety checks and audits regularly

• Facilitate team training and development opportunities

Requirements:

• High School/GED required

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing

• Competent with Microsoft Office tools

• Experience with RF scanners preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
