As a member of Magna's Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group, you'll be responsible for maintaining and fabricating essential tools. Your attention to detail will be crucial for troubleshooting and enhancing die performance to meet production demands. Upholding high standards of quality and safety will be part of your routine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality of progressive dies and jigs

• Timely fabrication of necessary tools and fixtures

• Diagnose and repair issues in the Tool Room

• Communicate production challenges immediately

• Mentor apprentices in tool and die skills

Requirements:

• Experienced in tool and die making roles

• Expertise in die maintenance and fabrication

• Solid troubleshooting skills under pressure

• Safety-focused with a commitment to 5S

• Understanding of quality impacts in production
