Manufacturing Manager

Position: Manufacturing Manager at Napoleon
Lead manufacturing operations with Napoleon as a Manufacturing Manager. Oversee production processes and enhance efficiency while supervising a team of over 100 employees.

In this permanent vacancy, you will supervise daily manufacturing operations following plant policies. Ideal candidates will possess LEAN or KAIZEN experience coupled with a strong commitment to product quality.

Your role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and fostering improvements in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production across multiple manufacturing areas

• Hire, train, and coach team associates

• Manage shift schedules and resource rotation

• Collaborate with engineering on custom product design

• Enforce quality checks and ensure adherence to specifications

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Experience with home and hearth product manufacturing

• Proficient in MS Office and production machinery

• Strong business writing skills
