Baxter Filling Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor team members for efficiency

• Troubleshoot and repair automated filling equipment

• Resolve quality and technical issues on the floor

• Participate in NCR’s and CAPA’s execution

• Implement Value Improvement Projects for cost and quality

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• 3-5 years in manufacturing supervisory roles

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
