We are looking for experienced Welder/Fitters to join our ambitious aftermarket production team. This position demands expertise in GMAW welding and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
The right candidate will have a hands-on approach, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and be eager to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Layout and fit components using specified measurement tools
• Weld structures as per established procedures
• Operate Miller GMAW welding machines for metal fusion
• Conduct maintenance checks and document any issues
• Uphold strict 5S housekeeping standards
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant production experience
• CWB certification under CSA 47.1 is a plus
• Experience in reading blueprints is an asset
• Crane operating training and certification desired
• Flexibility to assist in different departments
