FSQA Technician - Bradford, ONAs a member of the facility’s FSQA team, the FSQA Technician spends majority of their time on the production floor monitoring Food Safety, GMP, HACCP and other Quality Assurance Program requirements to ensure they are consistently achieved. Operating with a sense of urgency, the Technician is responsible for initiating immediate corrective actions wherever possible and escalating FSQA concerns as required. The Technician must be comfortable respectfully challenging others in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
EssentialQualifications
- Secondary Education
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is an asset
- Able to reliably attend scheduled shifts at the Bradford location
- Ability to stand and work on the production floor for extended periods
- Ability to wear required PPE in a food manufacturing environment
- Food manufacturing experience
- QA experience
- HACCP / GMP knowledge
- $19.10 - $21.10 per hour (based on progression)
