Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct all brewing operations from mashing to packaging

• Monitor brewing processes and make real-time adjustments

• Maintain comprehensive sanitation and cleaning of equipment

• Collect and document samples for quality assessment

Requirements:

• Proven brewing experience in production environments

• Strong understanding of fermentation and sanitation

• Formal brewing education is an asset
