Position: NSG/Pilkington Materials Supervisor Role

You will be tasked with scheduling, managing departmental expenses, and identifying cost reduction opportunities. Maintaining relationships with internal and external customers is also crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality initiatives and employee development efforts

• Supervise logistics and inventory control functions

• Maintain effective material flow systems and processes

• Ensure adherence to 5S standards for housekeeping

• Create and manage cost reduction projects with staff

Requirements:

• 4-year degree in Business Management or similar

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing settings

• 2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize goals and meet deadlines
