We are seeking 15 motivated individuals to join our afternoon shift team as Manufacturing Associates in our Assembly & Production departments.

What You Will Do:
  • Assemble products with precision by interpreting blueprints, specifications, and workflow instructions.
  • Handle precision components, including optics, and operate calibrated tools, measuring equipment, and machinery.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, using strong attention to detail and visual acuity to identify imperfections.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety protocols.
  • Perform basic computer tasks and data entry to support production tracking and ensure efficient processes.
What You Will Learn:
  • Advanced handling and assembly techniques for precision components, including optics.
  • How to interpret and utilize blueprints, technical drawings, and detailed specifications.
  • Proper operation of calibrated tools, measuring equipment, and manufacturing machinery.
  • Quality control processes to identify and address product imperfections effectively.
  • Best practices for maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing workspace.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use technology effectively.
  • Understanding of technical issues and make sound decisions.
  • Comfortable and familiar working with the metric and imperial system.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and hands‑on skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a consistently positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work the afternoon shift and adapt to extended periods of standing or sitting.
  • Familiarity with maintaining safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
