We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team  this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and precision.

As a key part of the production process, you will play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Start up, operate, and shut down production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
  • Continuously monitor parts during production to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Feed raw materials into machines and clear material jams as needed
  • Perform accurate data entry for production and quality transactions using a computer system
  • Conduct routine visual inspections of finished products to identify defects
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production protocols and report any issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Comfortable working with machinery and mechanical systems
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
