As a full-time Brewer at Miski Brewing Company, you will play a vital role in our craft brewery, focusing on gluten-free beers made with quinoa and alternative grains. This position requires hands-on brewing, fermentation, and cellar operations experience. Your expertise in quality control and adherence to SOPs will ensure our beers meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out commercial brewing processes daily
• Monitor fermentation and manage production records
• Perform transfers between brewing vessels
• Execute cleaning and sanitation of equipment
• Participate in packaging operations including canning and kegging
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of commercial brewing experience
• Understanding of beer production stages
• Ability to perform sanitation in brewery settings
• Familiarity with brewing equipment and processes
