Position: Automotive Tool and Die Maker Role
Theta TTS Inc. seeks an Automotive Tool and Die Maker in Barrie, ON, specializing in precision tooling for high-volume production. This position emphasizes craftsmanship in manufacturing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.

In this role, you'll leverage your extensive tool building knowledge to manufacture and maintain precision tools like dies, gauges, and fixtures with a high degree of accuracy. You will work independently, focusing on quality adherence to TS16949 standards and will coordinate closely with various departments to achieve company goals. You must be adaptable and detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and repair precision tools with minimal supervision

• Interpret technical documents and blueprints accurately

• Set up and maintain tool room equipment for production

• Apply inspection techniques and analyze tooling defects

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality

Requirements:

• Completion of recognized Tool and Die Maker apprenticeship

• Proficient in precision machining and grinding techniques

• Familiarity with dimensional inspection tools

• Understanding of continuous improvement processes

• Availability for on-site work in Barrie, ON
