In this role, your responsibilities will include operating machinery, blending fertilizer, and truck loading. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate plant equipment and straightforward machinery
• Load/unload materials and prepare for shipment
• Blend fertilizers and test grain quality
• Ensure safety measures and protocols are followed
• Manage snow removal in winter months
Requirements:
• Familiarity with basic equipment operation
• Clean driver’s license; DZ license preferred
• Ability to lift weights up to 55lbs
• Conversational English for clear communication
• Commitment to working extra hours in peak seasons
