This permanent position operates Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, under the Manufacturing Manager's supervision. You will perform essential duties such as examining fabrics, marking defects, and logging data within the ERP system. Collaboration, attention to detail, and maintaining a safe environment are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Examine fabric for quality conformity
• Set-up cutting knives according to work orders
• Record defects and production details accurately
• Weigh and measure finished products
• Maintain safe practices using proper PPE
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma required
• Factory setting experience preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality within the team
