Job Responsibilities
As a Cabinet Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality cabinetry and related components according to company standards and production requirements.
Duties may include:
- Using hand tools and power tools to assemble cabinet components and finished products
- Reading work orders, assembly drawings, and production instructions
- Measuring and verifying materials for accuracy and quality
- Installing hardware, hinges, handles, and other cabinet components
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workstation
- Reporting product defects, equipment concerns, or safety issues to supervisors
- Following company safety procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assisting other departments as needed to support production goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience using hand tools and power tools is an asset
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred
- Previous cabinet making, woodworking, carpentry, or construction experience is considered a strong asset
- Ability to read measuring tapes and complete accurate measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality

- CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear required
