Cross-Functional Continuous Improvement Leader

Take charge as a Continuous Improvement Manager focused on cross-functional leadership and process optimization. Leverage your engineering background to foster a productive, safe, and efficient work environment.

In this full-time position, you will lead improvement initiatives that span multiple departments, ensuring a collaborative approach to achieving plant goals.

Your role will involve the application of structured problem-solving methods and continuous improvement tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity. By contributing to the energy management and sustainability initiatives, you will drive impactful change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional improvement initiatives effectively

• Apply DMAIC and 5S methodologies to reduce waste

• Document and integrate process changes into SOPs

• Champion MES reporting systems and SAP transactions

• Conduct training on CI tools and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Operations Management

• 5+ years of leadership in operations, preferably automotive

• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP

• Proven capability in a 24/7 operational context

• Strong skills in analytics and communication
