As an Associate Manager in Instrumentation at Pfizer, you'll ensure seamless operation of critical instruments and automation systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance activities for instrumentation and automation systems
• Ensure reliable operation of control valves and transmitters
• Troubleshoot automation issues affecting production efficiency
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring failures
• Drive energy-saving and cost optimization programs
Requirements:
• High school diploma with 8+ years or equivalent
• Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis practices
• Strong knowledge of GMP standards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Excel and complex issue management
