Ingersoll Rand seeks a skilled CNC Machine Programmer/Operator to uphold quality and safety standards while meeting production schedules.
You'll work with CNC and manual machines, ensuring compliance with company policies in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC programming and a strong ability to troubleshoot machining issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Detect and adjust equipment malfunctions for quality
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Communicate effectively with team members for resolution of issues
Requirements:
• 2 years of CNC programming experience required
• Familiarity with micrometers and measuring tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Maikino and Mori honing machines
• Ability to maintain production flow through adjustments
