Industrial Rubber Hose Production Operator

Manufacture extruded tube and reinforced industrial rubber hose as a Production Operator, using equipment setup, testing, and measurement skills. Shift work may be required.
This Production Operator performs manufacturing duties for rubber hose and assemblies in a production and warehouse setting. The work includes operating equipment under ISO General Practice Specifications and shop floor traveler instructions. Candidates need mechanical aptitude, math proficiency, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate production equipment according to specifications
Manufacture extruded tube, reinforced hose, and assemblies
Test products and record measurements to quality standards
Operate cranes, forklifts, tools, and mechanical equipment
Recommend product and process improvements to management
Requirements:
One to three years of industrial production experience
Mechanical aptitude and effective hand tool use
Math proficiency with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, and email skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Apply production equipment, mechanical, measurement, and quality skills while manufacturing industrial rubber hose and assemblies.
