Filling Operator IV Bag Manufacturing

Operate IV bag filling equipment at Baxter’s Alliston facility, applying quality checks and attention to detail on the permanent day shift. Support life-sustaining products through careful, active manufacturing work.

As a Filling Operator, you will perform rotating line duties in Baxter’s around-the-clock manufacturing operations. You will inspect IV bag assemblies, fill different bag sizes, apply protective over-wrap, and load sterilizer trays. The work requires GMP knowledge, repetitive-task experience, and consistent quality focus.

• Fill IV solutions in various bag sizes
• Weigh filled bags to verify proper volume
• Inspect bag assemblies, codes, dates, and lot numbers
• Load sealed assemblies onto sterilizer trucks
• Document rejects and rework bags when necessary

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or quality experience in a GMP environment
• Experience performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to pass the ergonomic assessment
• Flexibility to work weekends
