Medical Device Production Assembler

Operate pre-wired electrode machines at Cardinal Health-Gananoque while producing disposable medical devices on rotating twelve-hour shifts. Apply manual assembly skills and quality awareness.

Cardinal Health Canada seeks positive, team-oriented individuals for its Gananoque manufacturing center. As a Production Assembler, you will support production by operating manual and semi-automated equipment. Your work includes wire placement, wire wrapping, packaging, machine adjustments, and in-process quality testing for disposable electrodes.

• Operate semi-automated pre-wired electrode machines safely
• Set up equipment and replenish proper materials
• Perform wire placement, wire wrapping, and packaging
• Monitor operations and make necessary adjustments
• Complete product sampling and quality documentation

• Availability for rotating twelve-hour day and night shifts
• Ability to follow safety guards and line clearances
• Ability to use correct materials and product coding
• Ability to maintain orderly work cells using 5S standards
• Ability to report non-conformances to designated personnel
