Ring Seal Manufacturing Operator

Operate ring sealing equipment at Baxter’s Alliston facility, using inspection skills and attention to detail on the afternoon shift.

This temporary, six-month full-time Ring Seal Operator assignment supports Baxter’s Plastics Department Operations. You will operate semi-automatic and manual ring seal machines, inspect recon parts, package products, and complete quality documentation. The work requires independent equipment operation, repetitive tasks, standing, and adherence to GMP standards.

• Clean, set up, and run ring seal machines
• Load components, inspect products, and package sealed bags
• Complete QA inspections and GDP documentation
• Perform minor adjustments and partner with maintenance
• Maintain supplies, tote boxes, and clean work areas

• Demonstrated attendance, performance, and product quality
• Ability to operate equipment independently in fast-paced manufacturing
• Strong inspection capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stand continuously and perform repetitive tasks
• Manufacturing or quality experience in a GMP environment preferred
