Position Overview:
We’re seeking a bold, data-driven marketing leader to shape and lead Georgian’s international marketing strategy. Reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing & Communications and working as part of Georgian’s integrated Marketing, Communications, Recruitment and Events (MCRE) team — in close partnership with the International department — this role drives brand positioning, guides global marketing investment, informs enrolment strategy, and mitigates risk across priority international markets.
This is an opportunity to make immediate impact by strengthening Georgian’s global brand, accelerating sustainable enrolment growth, and expanding our presence in both international student recruitment (B2C) and professional workforce development (B2B).
The ideal candidate will bring:
• Proven experience leading and elevating a brand across multiple markets
• Strong B2C and B2B expertise grounded in analytics, performance marketing, and ROI discipline
• A track record of translating market insight into growth and competitive advantage
• Experience in post-secondary, international education, or global workforce training is an asset.
